Refund Policy

Free Trial
SimpliInvest offers a 7-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required for the trial. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is applicable.
Pro Subscription Refunds
Within 7 Days of First Payment
If you are not satisfied with the Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund:
- Email support@simpliinvest.app with your account email and reason for the refund.
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
After 7 Days
After the 7-day refund window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Renewal Payments
For recurring monthly charges after the first payment, we offer refunds only if:
- You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a processing error.
- There was a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of the billing period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- The Account page on SimpliInvest (click "Manage").
- The Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your Account page).
- Emailing support@simpliinvest.app.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until then.
Cancellation vs. Refund
- Cancellation: Stops future charges. You keep Pro access until the billing period ends.
- Refund: Returns payment for the current period. Pro access is revoked immediately upon refund.
Disputed Charges
If you see a charge you don't recognize, please contact us at support@simpliinvest.app before filing a dispute with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
