  • Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
  • Usage data: Tickers you search and analyze, feature usage patterns.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Device data: Device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, subscription updates).
  • Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
  • Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and hosting. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): AI analysis generation. Ticker data and publicly available information is sent for analysis. No personal user data is sent to AI providers.
  • Google AI (Gemini): Quick summaries and comparisons. Same data handling as above.
  • Yahoo Finance: Stock market data retrieval.
  • Brave Search: Web research for news, SEC filings, and sentiment data.
  • CoinGecko: Cryptocurrency market data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Firebase may set analytics cookies if Firebase Analytics is enabled.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.
  • Analysis data: Cached analyses are retained for up to 24 hours and may be served to other users searching the same ticker.
  • Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Firebase Auth, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

All Users

  • Access and download your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
